Refund & Return

At Shaggy Rugs UK, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality rugs. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or refund your purchase. Please read our policy below for more information.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shaggyrugsuk@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please send us an email at shaggyrugsuk@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
