3. What is the refund and returns policy?

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • Free Standard Shipping above £100 (3-5 business days, may vary between shipping companies)

Other than Mainland UK:

Orders made from other than the UK mainland are charged £10 per order.

100% of the orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Refund Policy

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
